"If anyone out there needs help with there ride on the road just go and see Donnie at this location. We rolled in to the service shop at 4:30 in the afternoon with all kinds of issues on my Harley. Donnie went above and beyond your normal service dealer. He had his guys stay late working on my ride and we were back on the road with re-laced rims, new rubber and a new exhaust by 9:30 that same night. I cannot say enough good things about Donnie and this service shop! Donnie and his team did not have to stay late, they just did to get us rolling again. "My son and I just came back from a 6,200 mile round trip ride to Pennsylvania (the scenic route). We had our bikes serviced at RMHD both before, and after the ride. To complicate matters, I caught a rock in North Dakota that took out my DayMaker headlight, bought a new one in Marquette, Michigan and that headlight turned out to be defective. The bikes ran flawlessly during the trip. I met a GoldWing rider at 12,000 feet in Rocky Mountain National Park that was complaining about his throttle being mushy due to the altitude. I told him, "Sorry to hear that...the altitude has no perceptible effect on my FLSTN" and it was true. When I got back to the Tri-Cities, Donny in Service fit me into their already busy schedule and my bike was quickly ready to go. I also asked Donny about a warranty claim on the faulty DayMaker. In a very short time, I had my new DayMaker Headlight with no additional charge. To see that the Motor Company and it's employees like Donny still hold to the traditional Harley-Davidson values means a lot to me. It is a company and a dealership that you can trust."

"I have experienced the service at Harley that I am prompted to write my comment. Like I have mentioned in the title that I was looking for Ridenow where I found my Yamaha V-star 950 and Kawasaki Vulcan 900 which are the two options that I felt comfortable sitting in and wanted to check out. I have had the motorcycle endorsement and experiences riding smaller engine bikes for a long time, but I never tried to know HD. I was stopped by a HD sale man who was initially trying to direct me to Ridenow. After a bit of exchange in conversation, he showed me the HD Switchback, an equivalent level of comfort of the two bikes that I was looking for. I felt the bike right away for the better side weight distribution compared to Yamaha or Kawasaki. The Switchback's weight was more center and the seat was wrapped around me comfortably.

However, I still kept my decision to check out those bikes I meant to pay a visit. I came back knowing HD can offer test ride. I got an appointment for test ride and more history of HD elegance which really intrigued me since I have an old fashion taste.

I felt the honesty and knowledge of the two service men who had really given me an inspiration for an HD, a Switchback in particular. They had trusted me more than I trusted myself. They let me test ride a brand new Switchback the next day I came. With the same hospitality they quickly got me ready to ride their bike. It was my first time experience an HD with that big an engine. I was in my cautious state searching for insurance and any supervision for a safe test ride. I rode but I felt to manage the bike upright while turning, a habit I got from riding a smaller bikes. More service men came and checked me out for confident level and safeness. With all of safety reason and consideration they carefully gave me advice and keep up my inspiration. I appreciated the service here of the Harley.Sincerely yours."

Today when I picked up my 2012 Sportster Custom that had a flat, it was fixed & polished up when I came in to pick it up. The extra added touch...I had a pretty ugly scratch mark on the tank. When I was talking to Casey...in service...he buffed out the mark, and it looks like a new ride. Over the top awesome service department. This is a great place to do business with because they treat you right.

"I brought my 2015 Road Glide in to have a detachable tour pack, adjustable rider backrest and hidden antenna installed. My Service Advisor was Donnie and my Technician was Greg. They both went above what I consider as normal customer service to complete my service. We ran into a couple of technical difficulties during this work but thanks to Donnie and Greg solutions were found and my service was completed. This is not the first excellent service I have experienced at RMHD as I have added many new parts to my Road Glide to make into the cool ride that it is!I also would like to give a shout out to the General Manager Paul Griffith as he runs what I consider as the best HD dealership I have seen. "I brought my 2002 Heritage Softail Classic in to have new tires mount and brake pads put on. While taking off the rear wheel, your mechanic noticed that the rear brake caliper had one bolt missing, and as he pulled the wheel off, the caliper fell off, apparently the second bolt was broken.Parts did not have a bolt kit in stock. To get me out, the shop took parts from a new bike to finish the job. Hats off to them, most shops would have told me I would have to wait for parts. "Im just another older guy who watched Then Came Bronson and thought that would be the coolest way to live. Dad tried to bid on some war surplus Harley scout bikes around then but it didnt work out. Fast forward 45 years, 20 in the Air Force scaring the rest of the world, 33 years of marriage, and I finally got the Harley I dreamt of as a teen. "My 2007 VRSCDX recently had a problem continually blowing fuses on the fuel level / turn signal circuit. It was a phantom short that came and went (i.e. one day it wouldn't blow any and the next day you couldn't keep a fuse in it).
